Standard shipping for most orders is USPS Priority mail unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight or cost. We are not responsible for USPS or other carrier errors. You must report all damage claims to the delivering carrier.
We strive to ship stock vinyl orders within 24 hours (Mon-Sat) following the business day your order was received. For specialty materials or if we do not have the material in stock expect 2 to 5 days before it ships.
Az Auto Graphics is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. Az Auto Graphics will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible.
Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Az Auto Graphics is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
Incorrect Address Info
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Az Auto Graphics will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
Track & Confirm
Visit USPS to track and confirm your order. Soon as we print the label to ship your order, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number for your package.
Should damage occur in transit, notify us immediately so we can issue a claim with USPS. Do not return merchandise unless instructed by us. Save all packaging materials because USPS may return for an inspection.
If there has been damage during shipment, please contact us immediately for instructions. Az Auto Graphics is not responsible for any damage to the graphics, or the surface it is being applied to.
