Do you make DOT and MC number decals?
Yes. DOT, MC and other regulatory numbers are cut from cast vinyl in the colors and sizes you choose. Check your state and FMCSA marking requirements before you order so the size and contrast are right for your truck.
How do I order?
Order products straight from the shop, or send a quote request for logos, fleet lettering and custom jobs. We confirm details and send a proof, then cut and ship your order.
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship the next business day by UPS or USPS. Custom work ships after your proof is approved.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One door graphic or a full fleet set, the process is the same.
What material do you use?
High-performance cast vinyl from Oracal or 3M. It conforms to curves and rivets and holds up to weather and road wear much longer than cheaper calendered vinyl. Full-color printed graphics use Oracal 3751RA print film with a matching Oracal 290 overlaminate, rated by the manufacturer for up to 6 years outdoors on vertical surfaces.
Do you install the graphics?
No. Everything ships ready to apply, and our customers install their own. Step-by-step guides are on the How To page.
Can you design my logo?
Yes. When you buy a door graphic for your business we design a simple logo at no extra charge: 5 simple concepts to choose from and 1 revision. Logo files can be emailed on request.
Do you do full vehicle wraps?
No. We make partial wraps, door graphics, lettering and decals. We do not do full wraps.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Call or text to schedule a time for local pickup in Surprise AZ.
Why not use Oracal 651?
Oracal 651 is a calendered vinyl made for flat, short-term signs. Oracal 751 and 3M 7125 are cast vinyl, and the material costs more than twice as much. In our experience 651 does not hold up outdoors. It dries out, cracks into small pieces and is very hard to remove, and it often damages the paint.
