If you wish to purchase products or services described on this website, you may be asked to supply certain information, including credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges, including shipping and handling, incurred at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred, along with any applicable taxes.

Every effort is made prior to shipment to ensure the product is the type, color, and size requested. For internet sales, email and telephone conversations confirm orders. No third-party orders are accepted. We accept major credit cards at checkout. No personal checks.

Coupons

Coupons, discounts, and promos are only valid on or during an order, not after. If you locate a discount after your order was placed, it cannot be applied to that order, no exceptions. Some discounts are only valid online — please confirm before applying.

Special Orders & Cancellations

All special orders are final — no returns. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, as long as production has not started. Once your order is in production it is made just for you and cannot be cancelled.

Backorders

While we strive to maintain ample stock of all items, occasional manufacturing delays or quantity limits may occur. If this happens, we'll attempt to contact you. Unless specified otherwise, the backordered item will ship as soon as it becomes available; separate shipping charges may apply per shipment, and we reserve the right to ship partial orders without notice.

Resale & Tax Info

Applicable taxes apply where required. If you're purchasing for resale and have an Arizona-based business, a completed resale form must be on file with us prior to your order for tax exemption.

Price Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to keep pricing on our website accurate, production and transportation costs may change, and pricing will adjust accordingly.

Payment Options

We accept most major credit cards with no extra fees for card transactions. On orders that require materials to be altered, we may charge your card prior to your receipt.
