Return Policy

All decals and graphics are manufactured on an order-by-order basis. In order to keep our prices low, we do not accept returns.

Why No Returns?

When you place an order, you select the design, colors, size, and material for that order — the chances another customer places the exact same order are very unlikely, which is the main reason we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a mistake has been made on our part, we will correct it immediately. If there's a product defect or problem, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll provide a replacement. Mistakes made during installation are not exchangeable — please consider all sales final. If you're not sure a particular graphic is right for you, do not order it thinking you can exchange it for something else; items are made to order and treated as such. Any items mailed back to us without an RA number will be refused. Only order when you're sure of the graphic, size, and color you want. After ordering, review your confirmation email and make sure everything is correct — this is not an excuse to return an item. If anything is wrong, contact us immediately at 480-650-9314.

We will replace or exchange only products deemed missing or defective by a company representative. Our quality control checks all products for flaws before shipment. Customers must check package contents upon arrival and notify us of any problems within 48 hours. Orders that are refused or returned by the customer will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled.

All graphics are made to order and are nonreturnable. If there has been damage during shipment, contact us immediately for instructions. We are not responsible for any damage to the graphics or the surface it's applied to. Some trimming may be necessary for a proper fit.
