Welcome to Az Auto Graphics site, we specialize in custom vehicle vinyl graphics like flames, flags, tribal designs, signs and banners. Most of the vehicle side graphic designs we offer are original one of a kind designs by us. We offer a wide variety of designs to enhance the look of your ride at a fraction of price of the other guys.

Az Auto Graphics is an Internet & Mail order company only. We do not have a store front but we do offer mobile and on site installation service.  Specializing in custom vinyl graphics, since 2000. We have worked hard to earn an exceptional reputation from our unique designs and customer satisfaction. We are committed to building long term relationships and pride ourselves in the customer referrals we receive.

Shipping Time
We strive to ship stock vinyl orders within 24 hours (Mon-Sat) following the business day your order was received. For specialty materials or if we do not have the material in stock expect 2 to 5 days before it ships.

Shipping Delays
Az Auto Graphics is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. Az Auto Graphics will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible.

Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Az Auto Graphics is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.

Incorrect Address Info
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Az Auto Graphics will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

Track & Confirm
Visit USPS to track and confirm your order. Soon as we print the label to ship your order, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number for your package.

Damaged Merchandise
Should damage occur in transit, notify us immediately so we can issue a claim with USPS. Do not return merchandise unless instructed by us. Save all packaging materials because USPS may return for an inspection.

If there has been damage during shipment, please contact us immediately for instructions. Az Auto Graphics is not responsible for any damage to the graphics, or the surface it is being applied to. All decals and graphics are manufactured on an order by order basis. In order to keep our prices low, we do not accept returns. If a mistake has been made on our part, we will correct it immediately. If there is a product defect or a problem, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will provide a replacement. Mistakes made during the installation process are not exchangeable. Please consider all sales final. Further, if you're not sure if a particular graphic is for you; DO NOT order it thinking you can exchange it for something else. We have recently been getting some people who order something and change their mind and want to exchange it for something else. This is the same as a return as items are made to order and will be treated as so. Any items mailed back to us without an RA number will be refused. To make things very simple; ONLY order when you are sure of the graphic you want, the size you want it in, and the color desired. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation from us; review it and make sure everything is correct(size, color,etc...) as this is not an excuse to return an item. If any thing is wrong CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at 480-650-9314.

Az Auto Graphics will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. Az Auto Graphics quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify Az Auto Graphics of any problems with 48 hours. Any orders that are refused by the customer or are returned will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Any orders cancelled more than 24hours after order placement will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

Every effort is made prior to shipment or physical transaction in insure that the product is type, color and size requested by customer. For Internet sales, emails and telephone conversations confirm orders. No third party orders are accepted. Visa, Mastercard, and money orders are acceptable forms of payment via PAYPAL. No personal checks.

Special Orders: All special orders are just that, Special. All sales are final. No returns.

Cancellations: In the event you cancel you order, we will credit your account how ever you paid minus 5% for fee's paid by the associated credit card companies.

Backorders
While we strive to maintain ample stock of all items on our website, occasional manufacturing delays or quantity requirements on production may limit quantities on hand. If this should occur we will attempt to contact you. Unless it has been specified differently the backordered item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Separate shipping charges will be billed with each shipment. In regards to partial shipments, we reserve the right to ship partial without notice.

Resale & Tax Info
California customers are charged applicable taxes. If you are purchasing for resale and have an Arizona based business, a completed Resale form must be on file with us if you should not be charged tax. Resale information must be on file at Az Auto Graphics working days prior to your first order.

Price Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to make our website as accurate as possible, production and transportation costs may go up or down and pricing will adjust accordingly. Az Auto Graphics reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notification.

Payment Options
Credit Card – We accept most major card carriers and we do not charge extra fees for credit card transactions. Please note: On some orders that require materials to be altered we may charge your card prior to your receipt.
